TWU Nominees Pty Ltd (ABN 67 002 835 412), Australian Financial Services Licence 239163, is the trustee company that manages TWUSUPER (ABN 77 343 563 307).
The Board of TWU Nominees Pty Ltd is made up of:
- Four (4) employee representatives, nominated by the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia
- Four (4) employer representatives, nominated by the Australian Road Transport Industrial Organisation
- One (1) independent director, who is also Chairman of the Board
- Up to six (6) alternate directors, nominated by the representatives, to ‘stand in’ if required.
