Electronic statements 

We’re pleased to announce that you can now elect to receive your super statements electronically instead of having them mailed to you. 

eStatements will include all of the information you normally receive in the mail.

What are the benefits of electronic statements?

• You’ll receive your statements earlier

• Your eStatements will be filed online for you to access whenever you want

• You’ll be doing your bit for the environment by using less paper

How do eStatements work?

Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you an email when your statements are ready for you to view. Then all you need to do is click on the link in the email to view your statements via MemberAccess.

If your email address is invalid or bounces back to us, we’ll send you a paper statement.

You can opt out at any time.

• If you registered before 1 August 2008, your first eStatement will be delivered in September 2008.
• If you register on or after 1 August 2008, your first eStatement will be delivered in February 2009.
