NICRI
The National Information Centre on Retirement Investments (NICRI) is a free, independent, confidential service which aims to improve the level and quality of investment information provided to people with modest savings who are investing for retirement or facing redundancy. See www.nicri.org.au

SCT
The SCT is an independent tribunal set up by the Government to deal with certain complaints and issues relating to superannuation. Fund members/beneficiaries must first try to resolve their complaint through the fund’s internal complaints procedure. See www.sct.gov.au.
