EmployerAccess website terms of use

"TWUSUPER" and "Transuper" are divisions of "The TWU Superannuation Fund" (Fund). Unless otherwise specified, references to "TWUSUPER" on this website page is a reference to the Fund.

EmployerAccess is TWUSUPER’s on-line payment and enquiry system. It is a simple way to change member details, enter contribution amounts, view up to two years’ returns and make payments.

Access to secure pages on EmployerAccess:

Access to the EmployerAccess pages on the Site, where a password and user name are required ('Secure Pages'), is only authorised for participating employers of TWUSUPER.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and user name. You agree to notify the Trustee of TWUSUPER immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or other breach of security. TWUSUPER is not responsible for any loss or damage for unauthorised use of your password or other breach of security where you have not notified TWUSUPER of such use or breach.
TWUSUPER can cancel any password or user name at any time and without notice, if TWUSUPER believes it is being used in a way that can cause loss to you or TWUSUPER.
